A doctor by profession with a helping mind and passion to give free treatment to the poor. The strength of Niranjan is his virtuous character. He is a family man, a very warm and gracious person-of an extremely subtle and sharp mind. His world is his daughter Sruthi.
His wife Akshara always insults him and doesn’t give him the respect he deserves. Niranjan believes that the smallest change in perspective can transform a life so he does tiny attitude adjustments which turns the world around him. He is in good terms with his father-in-law Dr. Jayashankar and works at Akshara hospital.
Arathi as Akshara
She is Niranjan’s Wife and The Antagonist, Akshara is stupidity combined with arrogance and a huge ego. She hates everyone who does not support her. She is high class consciousness, spends high on brand name clothing and beauty products.
She loves the entire ritual of getting dressed and her aspiration is to get crowned as Mrs. Kerala. Akshara hates Niranjan as she is under the impression that a middle class person has agreed to marry her for wealth. She doesn’t take care of her daughter as she hates the fact that Sruthi is her ex-boyfriend Johny’s daughter.
Lakshaya as Sruthimol
She is Akshara’s Daughter There is an emptiness in Sruthi’s life as she misses her parent’s presence. She loves her father Niranjan the most as he tries hard to give his attention to her inspite of his busy schedule. Sruthi longs for her mother’s affection but in vain. She feels sad about her mother’s arrogance towards her father.
